TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
GENERAL
1. I reserve the right to reject a commission if the request is hateful, if I feel I cannot draw what is being requested or if a request makes me uncomfortable.
2. Any work commissioned is for personal use only. If you plan to use it for commercial purposes, please let me know as we will have to adjust the price of the commission.
3. Please provide clear visual references for characters. If you do not have any, I will have to interpret the design based on what you can provide.
PAYMENT
1. All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.2. Payments can be made either through PayPal or GCash. Bank Deposit is also available for Philippine-based clients.
PROCESS
1. I will begin on the commission only after you have sent me: complete references and proof of payment.2. I will send a preliminary sketch for you to approve. I will NOT move forward with the piece until you give me approval.3. I will usually take 1 week to 3 months on a commission, depending on your order in my commission queue, the complexity of the work or personal emergencies such as work, family or health. I will inform you if any of the above listed occur.4. I will send one work-in-progress (WIP) image during the process. You can also request to see a WIP.5. I will send the commission via Google Drive. You are entitled to 2 revisions. Anything after that will require an extra fee.
USAGE POLICY
1. As the artist, makerpls, I hold every right to the artwork, not the commissioner. I may use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself but if this makes you uncomfortable, we can discuss it.
2. Commissioners can use the copyrighted artwork for personal use, print the art or claim the right of the character(s), but not the drawing itself.
CANCELLATIONS
1. I have the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time. I will notify you and send you an invoice of the refund through the same payment channel.
2. You can request to refund the commission UNTIL I have sent the initial sketch draft. Once I have sent the sketch, you are no longer allowed to cancel the commission.
